Company Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading financial services clients! They are currently looking for a skilled LoanIQ Test Analyst to join their team for a two-year contract.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

The LoanIQ project is tasked to deliver a replacement for existing Loan EUC processing with a standardised, 3rd party Loan Trading platform hosted on premise. The project team will work with external consultancies and the vendor (Finastra) to deliver the software to the business users and provide additional value to their daily activity around Loan processing.

You will lead the testing workstream for the Loan IQ project which covers the implementation of the Loan IQ application within the organisation. Testing will include product, integration, migration, non-functional and user acceptance testing

1. Responsible for the delivery of projects tested to the highest quality, on time and within budget
2. Define project testing strategies and policies.
3. Plan, co-ordinate, manage and report on testing activities for all projects.
4. Undertake project test estimating, planning & tracking, monitoring and reporting for the delivery of a test plan against the overall project plan.
5. Manage key stakeholder relationships, acting as the sole point of contact for tting matters.
6. Co-ordinate with teams working in different time zones to manage testing for the projects
7. Produce and complete all required testing documentation in accordance with policies.
8. Clear and regular communication with wider teams on project process.
9. The identification and mitigation of testing product risks and the ability to escalate as necessary to ensure that these are understood in conjunction with a collaborative, pragmatic approach.
10. Working closely with Project Managers from Change group to identify and prioritize testing demands and any inter-project conflicts.
11. Responsible for the day to day management of the testing of applications in scope for all test phases.
12. Providing reports for Senior Management and key stakeholders.
13. Work with a hybrid test environment as part of a collaborative team to ensure goals are achieved
14. Create/Review Test Plans and adhere to the test processes set out in the Test Plan.
15. Ensure any deviation to the test plan is reported to the relevant project stakeholders.
16. Comply with the organisation's governance policies and procedures.
17. Providing user support, including responding to user queries and supplying resolutions and fixes to issues.
18. Support business users with UAT testing

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

1. Experience working with Loan IQ
2. Experienced in defining Test strategies
3. Experienced in managing multiple work streams within a project
4. Experience of working on large scale complex syndicated lending projects
5. Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
6. Extensive experience in managing large scale SIT and UAT activities
7. Experienced in test/project management tools like JIRA, TestRail
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills
9. Test Design methodologies and best practices
10. Test Environment management
11. End to end software development life cycle and project life cycle knowledge
12. Experience of working in an investment banking technology environment
13. Planning and prioritisation skills
14. Experience in Test Automation
