Venesky-Brown's client, a public sector organisation in Edinburgh, is currently looking to recruit a Metadata Support Assistant for a 4 month contract until 31st March 2024 with a possibility to extend for 4 weeks on a rate of £11.48 (PAYE), This is a Full-time 37 hours per week - Mon-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for stamping and shelf marking of newly acquired library collections as required.
- To sort, arrange, stamp and shelf mark library hidden collections
Essential Skills:
- Literacy, numeracy, teamwork, and collaboration. Good attention to detail, organisational skills, flexibility, and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Working with databases
