We are looking for a Test Architect with experience of working within telecoms for an initial 9 month contract based in Paris. The role will require both English and French language skills.

What the role will be doing:

• Participation in scrum meetings
• Network administration and access to lab equipment
• Test management and publishing of test execution results
• "Bug" ticket creation and follow-up with design teams
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) with design teams and Escape Defect Analysis (EDA)
• Functional non-regression tests
• Execution of existing automated tests and analysis of execution reports (on daily basis)
• Execution of existing manual tests and analysis of execution reports

Experience needed:

• Experience in test design, writing test cases, raising defects, verifying fixes & enhancements
• Previous or current experience of working within Telecoms
• An understanding of J2EE Client Server architecture
• Programming Languages: C#, Windows/Unix Shell
• Experience in test automation; including GUI automation (Selenium, JavaScript, html5) and script development (Shell/PERL/python)
• Functional testing framework: Gherkin-based (SpecFlow). Continuous Integration: Jenkins. Test Management: JIRA, X-Ray
