As a part of the team responsible for translating Cyber Security policies into Risk/Security controls, you will be at the forefront of safeguarding valuable assets and information.

Responsibilities:

• Test and validate the implementation of security controls across various value streams within the bank.
• Conduct thorough assessments to ensure compliance with Cyber Security policies and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate security risks.
• Provide expertise in translating Cyber Security policies into actionable security controls.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT Risk and Security within the banking domain.
• Strong understanding of Cyber Security policies and industry best practices.
• Experience in testing and validating security controls.
• Programming background (advantageous).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the banking sector.
