Business Analyst - Hybrid

Our client is urgently looking for a Business Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis, based on the Isle of Man. The role would be well-suited to a current BA, or anyone looking to get into Business Analysis - such as Technical Specialists, Account Managers, SME, Team Leaders or Team Managers and Administrators, as an example.

You will play a key role in the methodical investigation, analysis, review and documentation of all or part of the business terms and business functions and processes. Supporting projects and programmes of work by adding value and insights covering risk, policies, change, quality and finance, you will bring energy to the team and company who pride themselves on their culture, their people and reputation within the market.

Business Analyst - Key Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (ie Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Testing/Analytical skills - Thinking Interprets quantitative and qualitative information to achieve a business-related objective. Produces effective solutions to complex problems. Identifies underlying trends and issues and does not always stop at initial answer. Systematic and logical.
• Good problem-solving skills in order to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Ability to meet individual targets and goals with accurate results.
• Experience of formal system analysis and design methodologies.
• Basic SQL Skills.
• Produces effective solutions to complex problems. Identifies underlying trends and issues and does not always stop at initial answer.
