Job Description:

1. Overall accountable & responsible for the delivery of NFT services (Performance, Application & Infrastructure testing/background)
2. Should have more than 15 years of experience in testing and should have at least should have done the overall NFT delivery lead role for more than 5 years
3. Should have the capability to do the NFT assessment for the new projects/programs
4. Plan Resource Management at various roles across projects/programs
5. Liaise with NFT architects and ensure Bank standards, frameworks follows
6. Primary Skill Tools used -LoadRunner/Performance Center (generally),Jmeter
7. Performance monitoring tools exp (Anypoint, AppDynamics,Sitescope)
8. Team Management, Mentoring, Coaching and Operational support to team
9. Manage the NFT Testing budget
10. NFT Issue/Escalation Management
11. Manage and develop direct reports to ensure continuity of team and knowledge.
12. Ensuring that accurate and timely forecasts are prepared to facilitate strategic planning
13. Test Process governance and adherence to test quality process
14. Accountable for Test Metrics, KPIs and Continuous improvements
15. Has to be technically sound to provide guidance & do hands-on work (if required)
16. Test assessment, Test Planning/Strategizing & review, Hands-on/troubleshooting any technical issues
17. Front ending with the customer & drive the projects, Publish DSR/WSR
18. Has the resource worked dedicatedly on perf only or not ? - ie # of projects he/she has worked. If 5 years, at least 5 projects the resources should have worked
19. Manage RAID and mitigation plan.
