My client are looking for an autonomous and seasoned ER professional on a temporary basis to assist in the management of several intricate organisational change and TUPE programmes. They should be proficient in efficiently handling competing demands, prioritising tasks appropriately, and demonstrating strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate should possess substantial expertise in organisational change and TUPE management, and prior experience in a unionised environment would be advantageous.
