*Senior Workforce Consultant - 12 months + extension - Full Remote.*

For one of our international clients based in Eastern Europe, RED now has a new opportunity for a Senior Workforce Consultant to start an initial 12-month contract with likely extensions. The opportunity will be Fully remote with no travel required.

Desired skills:

• A minimum of 3-5 years practical experience in the implementation and operation of Workforce Management Systems (Time & Attendance, Personnel Resource Planning)
• Experience developing architecture blueprints, strategies and roadmaps
• SAP Workforce Forecasting and Scheduling by WorkForce Software
• Workforce Planning & Management
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Project and Stakeholder Management skills
• Ability to articulate new ideas and concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations.
• Excellent analytical, planning, organisational and technical skill
