Role: EUC specialist
Location: Bristol (Hybrid)
Salary: £40,000 to £45,000
Skills: SCCM, Endpoint Solutions, 3rd line/IT System Engineer

Our client is one of the top international legal practices driving change towards multiple sectors, including Life Sciences, Retail, Tech and media, and many more.

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of the IT team to find and develop technology solutions for their endpoint fleet, ensuring solutions remain effective.
• Take care of existing software, computer security, and other solutions.
• Help users with computer problems in person, on the phone, or through email within agreed timeframes.
• Install business software on computers.
• Stay up-to-date and advise their users on new technologies, software, and hardware.
• Teach and assist your colleagues in the IT department when needed.

Key skills:

• Technical support experience gained in a Microsoft environment.
• Specialist in system configuration and handover to the users.
• Installation and configuration experience with Anti-Virus, Scripting, Imaging, Web Monitoring, and Print software.
• Experience using workflows and helpdesk business service tools.
• Knowledge of Microsoft deployment methods/SCCM 2016.
• Knowledge of Document Management Systems and Digital Dictation, for example Worksite & BigHand.
• Configuration and administration of Microsoft Intune.
• Provisioning and application wrapping to support iPads & iPhones.
• Interest in new technologies and self-improvement, with the potential to gain qualifications.
