Key Responsibilities:

1. User-Centered Design: Apply GDS principles to create accessible and user-friendly government services.

2. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, aligning with GDS standards.

3. Prototyping and Testing: Create prototypes, conduct usability testing, and iterate on designs.

4. Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops and engage with government stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Service Design with a focus on GDS.
• GDS-compliant service design expertise.
• Government project experience, preferably in the UK.
• Proficiency in accessible digital service design.
• Strong communication skills.
