First/Second Line Support Engineer
We are currently collaborating with a banking client in Geneva, who are looking for 2 or three TECHNICAL helpdesk engineers. Hectic - busy environment, many tickets per day - fast paced, fun and friend;ly and challanaging environment but also one in a good fun team with career progression. Help Desk Specialists, who can support the existing Team of 5 (+ off-shore team of 7 in London).
Italian-English-French language is brilliant, or TWO of these 3 languages.
5 days per week in the office, by the Lake of Genève!
The role:
Supporting stakeholders with remote issues, phone issues, etc.
Citrix (android, IOS, blackburry, iPhone)
Webex multifactor authentication
PowerShell
Cisco telephone (an advantage)
Remote - teamsview.
VDI; Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (user access management)
Team works on around 150 tickets per day
Must-Have Skills:
ITIL
Exchange
XL
SCCM
AD
Powerpoint
Must have used a ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Remedy; client currently use EasyVista.
Open to junior or senior profiles - has to be a self-starter, someone who will roll up their sleeves and fix the issues
Must be fluent in English, French AND Italian
