An exciting opportunity within UK's largest retail bank and household name are looking for Infrastructure Engineer based in Edinburgh.
Role: Infrastructure Engineer (Avaya CMS)
Location: Edinburgh, Leeds, Cardiff, Banbury, Birmingham, Halifax (any location 2 days week on site)
Duration: 6 months
Status: Inside IR35
Experience and skills Required:
- Experienced at working in a Telephony administration/engineering role and be familiar with the Avaya Aura/Communication Manager & Call Management Systems (CMS) platforms.
- possess excellent Avaya CMS System Administration skills.
- familiar with managing of moves, additions and change requests including account permissions and password resets for Avaya CMS users across multiple CMS systems.
- able to assist and add value for quarterly recertification/validation CMS accounts.
- possess good customer service and communication skills to liaise with customers/business areas/Contact centres and suppliers.
- have a good understanding of inbound services and efficiently liaise with suppliers and manage a range of requests including the addition of new numbers or changes to existing services to meet business requirements and timescales.
- understand contact centre call flows and manage the upload of audio files/announcements to the Avaya platform.
- be a good team player with the ability to self-manage business requests and incident/problem investigations from a team queue/worklist.
- have a good understanding of IT Change Management and experience of using Service Now
