*Hybrid, 3 days onsite, 2 days remote*

A prestigious company is looking for a DevOps Python Programmer. This role will focus on python programming and wiring unit/integration tests with frameworks such as Pytest and unit test.

Responsibilities:

• Support the operation of the GSD CI build and verification & promotion pipelines, the R-BOT TFE and Harness application, and the Apigee environment, in both public cloud and on-premises environments.
• Ensure the aforementioned services are fully functional in both environments, and that the on-premises environment is able to operate as a backup for the cloud environment, assessing any changes that may be necessary for that end.
• Update and test the services with any necessary changes based on assessment results.
• When the application teams start using and testing the services, support usage and resolve any defects found.
• Write unit and integration tests based on chosen DevOps frameworks.
• Develop tools and CI/CD framework to make it easier for teams to build, configure, and deploy applications.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years programming experience developing in Python and Java.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests with testing frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, pytest and unittest.
• Hands on experience with DevOps tools and technologies such as GitHub, Make, Docker, Docker Compose, and Artifactory.
• Working knowledge of Jenkins pipelines, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Working knowledge of API management solutions such as API Gateway and Apigee.
• Working knowledge of AWS Cloud including Security/IAM, Networking/VPCs, Compute/Storage, etc.
