Robson Bale are looking for a German speaking IT Support Manager for a permanent role in Stein, Switzerland
Permanent, excellent salary
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Allocate and organize resources in IT department and on vendor side to ensure service availability, continuity and good quality; monitor and advise on shift coverage needs
- Monitor and track SLAs and KPIs, productivity and effectiveness of IT support services
- Ensure teams maintain accurate and timely documentation and updates
- Implement performance management reporting and share results
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis regarding progress on projects, performance and potential business risks
- Accountable for the execution of the service management processes
- Manage and improve Incident, Problem, Change management processes
- Help to ensure innovations, quality of service and manage cost of delivery by working with efficiency
- Contribute to the definition of global rules and standards for the service
- Create and develop documentation as per the projects or initiatives requirements (eg SOP, IQ creation)
- Plan, write, implement and review the Computer Systems Validation protocols in place within highly regulated industries
- Make sure that all computer-based systems are operating as intended (with documents to prove it) and meet regulatory requirements
- Take responsibility as author and/or reviewer of various validation documents
Requirements
- Experience in Service Delivery Management and Stakeholders Management
- Incident/Change Management
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret data and provide insights
- Knowledge of CSV and Qualification
- Good understanding of and motivation for working in regulated environments (GxP)
- Lab environment knowledge is an advance
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands, projects and cross-functional teams
- Experience in technical communication, which includes but is not limited to technical writing, instructional design, technical editing, copyediting or proofreading, quality assurance, and user experience design
- Experience with gathering feedback and measuring success in documentation efforts (ie usage analytics, Real Time critical feedback, gathering business feedback, et al)
- Strong written and oral communication skills, and experience presenting formally or informally
- Fluent in German and English language
- Demonstrate strong sense of urgency handling critical issues with possible high business impact and allocating resources accordingly
- Evident ability to involve and communicate effectively with necessary stakeholders, understand business requirement
