IT Support Manager - Pharma - German Speaker - Permanent - Stein, Switzerland

Robson Bale are looking for a German speaking IT Support Manager for a permanent role in Stein, Switzerland

Permanent, excellent salary

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Allocate and organize resources in IT department and on vendor side to ensure service availability, continuity and good quality; monitor and advise on shift coverage needs
  • Monitor and track SLAs and KPIs, productivity and effectiveness of IT support services
  • Ensure teams maintain accurate and timely documentation and updates
  • Implement performance management reporting and share results
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis regarding progress on projects, performance and potential business risks
  • Accountable for the execution of the service management processes
  • Manage and improve Incident, Problem, Change management processes
  • Help to ensure innovations, quality of service and manage cost of delivery by working with efficiency
  • Contribute to the definition of global rules and standards for the service
  • Create and develop documentation as per the projects or initiatives requirements (eg SOP, IQ creation)
  • Plan, write, implement and review the Computer Systems Validation protocols in place within highly regulated industries
  • Make sure that all computer-based systems are operating as intended (with documents to prove it) and meet regulatory requirements
  • Take responsibility as author and/or reviewer of various validation documents

Requirements

  • Experience in Service Delivery Management and Stakeholders Management
  • Incident/Change Management
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret data and provide insights
  • Knowledge of CSV and Qualification
  • Good understanding of and motivation for working in regulated environments (GxP)
  • Lab environment knowledge is an advance
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands, projects and cross-functional teams
  • Experience in technical communication, which includes but is not limited to technical writing, instructional design, technical editing, copyediting or proofreading, quality assurance, and user experience design
  • Experience with gathering feedback and measuring success in documentation efforts (ie usage analytics, Real Time critical feedback, gathering business feedback, et al)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, and experience presenting formally or informally
  • Fluent in German and English language
  • Demonstrate strong sense of urgency handling critical issues with possible high business impact and allocating resources accordingly
  • Evident ability to involve and communicate effectively with necessary stakeholders, understand business requirement
