CPS Group are currently working a rapidly growing and multi-award winning online investment company who have a fantastic opportunity for a Decisioning and Digital Lead to join their new Data and Analytics team.

The focus of this role is to gain a deep understanding of the customers digital journey on the website and mobile app. You will be providing intelligence to the business so they can make informed strategic decisions to drive business performance and improve customer experience.

Candidate Skills/Experience:
* Previous experience in decisioning science or a digital analytics position ideally in a fast paced environment withing financial services
* Evidence of applying data science modelling techniques to improve targeting
* Experience with multichannel communication platform
* Google Analytics
* Google Tag Manager
* Google Big Query
* Strong ability to provide insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
