IT Support Manager/Desktop Support Manager
Type: Permanent
Location: Hybrid role with presence required in Central London and Croydon office at times (circa 2/3 days a week in the office)
Exciting opportunity to join a national transport provider based in London. The chosen candidate will become the IT Support Manager of an End User Computing team providing a range of support to their userbase.
You will oversee a Team Lead (6 Engineers reporting them) and be tasked with the successful delivery of IT/End User services to the business in line with agreed SLAs. You will work alongside the Service Desk Team Leads ensuring that the escalation process is running smoothly and also work collaboratively with Infrastructure, Security, Network and Senior Management teams.
Alongside this some of the further responsibilities will include working on IT Documentation, Processes & Knowledge Base, Supplier/Third Party Management and attending Service Review Meetings.

Key Skills/Experience
- A minimum of 3 years in an IT leadership/management role
- ITIL Qualified
- M365/Azure Environment experience and good base understanding of core Desktop/End User Technologies

- Superb organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work
- Excellent communication skills
