Director of Energy | Hybrid | Bristol | £69,000

Here at iO Associates we are working with a Non-Profit Organisation, in the energy sector who are on the look out for a new Director to join their growing team. This role would be pivotal to the organisations future growth and road map in the energy space.

You will be the director for one of the largest teams in the business on the Energy side. The role itself will have huge implications on impacting the delivery and development of work for the overall team.

Your role will involve managing the current housing and energy team in place and acting as a senior member of the leadership team whilst also recognising new potential funding opportunities and representing the business.

Your role will be based out of my clients Southwest Office on a hybrid basis of 1-2 days a week alongside a salary of up to £69,000.

Your role will involve,

• Identifying new potential funders and fostering relationships
• Leading the team and to encourage culture of high performance
• To develop relationships locally and nationally to continue to support and influence policy

It would be brilliant if you have experience of,

• Prior team lead or line management experience of ideally larger teams
• Industry experience in the energy sector
• Experience building client relationships or winning funding
