Blackcode's key client are seeking a Vice President of Engineering to lead their technical team in crafting cutting-edge software and infrastructure that will revolutionize the Internet. • Build, lead, and inspire engineering teams, cultivating a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
• Establish robust processes and organizational structures to ensure seamless and on-time project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate effectively with sales, product, design, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition from product vision to technical realization.
• Guide engineering teams in setting, tracking, and evaluating key performance metrics to maintain product excellence and inform decision-making.
• Architect and evolve the engineering strategy in alignment with company goals and technological market demands.
• Partner with the product team to design and develop groundbreaking technological solutions and products.
• Provide regular updates on engineering progress, challenges, and strategies to executive leadership and board members.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, the company's technological foundation, and the competitive tech landscape.
• Make informed executive decisions regarding the company's technological needs.
