Situated in the heart of Berkshire, My Client have a great reputation for Development and providing a top quality Service. The role will oversee and manage a Gas Operation and mechanical engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in People Management, Compliance and scheduling works whilst being responsible for ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of gas operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of gas professionals and some electrical engineers.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize gas effeciencies.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to gas operations.
• Oversee maintenance, repair, and replacement of gas infrastructure.
• Manage and coordinate engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
• Budgeting and resource allocation for gas and engineering projects.
• Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies, suppliers, and contractors.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Gas management.
• Strong knowledge of gas industry regulations and standards.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
