This company is one of the leading UK Wealth Management & Independent Financial Advisors institutions and is seeking to hire a Project Manager with previous experience with Consumer Duty, in their financial planning function. The company boasts a rich history, dating back to 1782 and currently operates out of 15 locations across the UK and Jersey, with c£60.5bn of assets under management for their clients.
The company has strong people values, promotes flexibility and currently has around 2,000 employees company-wide. You will be required to come into the office 1 day per week.

Your new role
This role has opened up due to the recent merger this company is going through with another very successful Wealth Management firm.
The right candidate will have experience working on projects in Consumer Duty, in their financial planning function - a candidate with experience in either domain will be preferred.
This role will involve exemplary stakeholder & engagement management skills.
You will demonstrate previous project management experience within financial services.

What you'll need to succeed
- Exceptional Stakeholder & Engagement management skills
- Previous Project Management experience
- Previous Consumer Duty experience
- Financial services background preferred
- Agile/Waterfall methodology knowledge
- Experience working in cross-functional & dynamic teams
- Experience coaching Junior team members is a bonus
