Rapidly expanding managed network service provider is looking for an experienced Head of Network Operation to lead a three separate teams that are responsible for the support of their core network functions at 2nd/3rd line support, a MSP support team as well as a field engineering team. They provide the full suite of IP connectivity service from their IP core, edge, CPE, wireless and AI services using a range of vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper MIST, Ruckus, Aruba etc. Due to rapid expansion they require an experience Head of Network Ops who has a passion for implementing the very best CRM/NMS and performance tools along with excellent communication and management skills.
