End-User Experience Champion

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled End-User Experience Champion to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive end-user experience in the context of Agile releases with fortnightly cadence. You will work closely with DevOps Squads, creating release plans, executing change communication campaigns, and conducting service reviews. If you have strong end-user training skills, the ability to build relationships quickly, and a background in retail, we encourage you to apply for this exciting position.

Key Responsibilities:

1.*Agile Release Coordination:* Collaborate with DevOps Squads to plan and coordinate Agile releases on a fortnightly cadence, ensuring a smooth transition for end-users.

2.*Release Plans:* Develop detailed release plans, including timelines, tasks, and dependencies, to facilitate successful deployments.

3.*Change Communication Campaigns:* Create effective communication campaigns to inform end-users about upcoming changes and improvements, addressing any concerns and minimizing disruption.

4.*Service Reviews:* Conduct post-release service reviews to gather feedback from end-users, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.

5.*End-User Training:* Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to empower end-users to make the most of new features and updates.

6.*Relationship Building:* Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including DevOps Squads, end-users, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.

7.*User Feedback Analysis:* Collect and analyze feedback from end-users to identify trends and insights, using this information to inform future releases and improvements.

8.*Retail Expertise:* Leverage your background in retail to understand specific industry challenges and align end-user experience efforts with the retail sector's unique requirements.

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience working with Agile methodologies, particularly in a fortnightly release cadence.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to quickly build relationships and establish trust.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience in end-user training and user experience optimization.
- Background in retail would be a strong asset.

*Preferred Qualifications:*

- Relevant certifications in Agile methodologies or end-user training.
- Experience with tools and platforms that support Agile and DevOps (eg, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins).
- Familiarity with change management principles.
- Data analysis skills to interpret user feedback and performance metrics.
