Production Support Engineer (Trading)

Exciting opportunity to work on site for one Platinum Groups leading hedgefund customers.

We are looking for Production Support Engineer who carries upto 3 years experience to managing daily issues and queries, ensuring they're dealt with in a timely manner.

The desired candidate will carry strong awareness of the following;

• Scripting skills in Shell, python and/or powershell and good understanding of SQL
• Familiarity with financial industry technologies; Bloomberg, Reuters, Order and Execution Management Systems (OMS/EMS)
• Experience of Trading Application support with a practical understanding of FIX
• Financial markets knowledge
• Linux troubleshooting knowledge is required.

Excellent problem solving and people skills will be required to deliver this role to the highest level

This will be 4-5 days a week on site.
