• Enterprise Architect - Treasury Experience

My client, an International Bank, is looking for a solid Enterprise Architect with extensive Treasury experience. As an Enterprise Architect you'll create domain specific sustainable architecture strategies aligned with the clients goal of helping people to prosper and realise maximum potential. You'll work closely with stakeholders throughout the organisation and will guide a portfolio of solutions within the local Architecture landscape and governance framework

Duties to include, but not limited to -

• Keeping accountability for the solution architecture and ratification of all architectural decisions proposed by the Business Architect and Solutions Architect.
• Maintaining architecture strategy within the specific domain.
• Ensuring all solutions align with enterprise, group and domain architecture strategies, documentation standards and that best practice is followed using approved components and including the relevant decommissioning.
• Identifying any inter-dependencies between various changes within the domain and/or wider.
• Providing guidance, including input into the goals and objectives of the Business Architect and Solutions Architect.
• Managing the caveats and actions for each change to ensure effective resolution in the agreed timeframe.

Key Skills & Experience

• Solid experience as an Enterprise Architect
• Extensive experience on Treasury experience, including but not limited to -
• Treasury Services: All aspects of the Treasury Services: Liquidity Reporting, Asset Liability Management, Position Management, Treasury Reporting, Securitisation, Balance Sheet Management, Risk Controls, FATCA & MiFiD Reporting, Execution & Affirmation
• Treasury Solutions: Wall Street, Calypso, Murex
• Financial Services Sector Experience
• Comprehensive Domain Specific knowledge and domain driven design experience, with a working knowledge of the BIAN framework, TOGAF, ArchiMate and API & microservice architecture solutions.
• Proven experience in defining & maintaining complex Strategic and Transitional Architectures. Architectures need to consider functional/technical/network/infrastructure/security aspects/cross domain dependencies in order to deliver sustainable and cost effective solutions to meet the domains goals & vision.
• The ability to communicate complex concepts, to challenge and influence a diverse set of stakeholders in order to ensure consistency of understanding and alignment of goals. To be a confident and practised communicator, with excellent stakeholder management skills, both within the organisation and externally.
• Experience of planning and organizing concepts, eg managing the Domain Solution Architects to review solution design for projects, understand the key architectural decisions and provide guidance and input ensuring consistency in deliverables methodology & governance processes. Managing caveats and resolving associated actions.

Desirable Experience

• Experience of using Architecture tools eg Avolution Abacus.
• Have knowledge & experience of AWS & Cloud Architectures.
• Experience of defining & building APIs .
• Well-developed understanding of the Group's overall aims, structures, and policies, together with a detailed understanding of the Group IT vision, strategy and culture.
