3rd Line Technical Support Engineer from a strong Azure background currently required by my extremely well known South London based Microsoft Partner client.

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Azure Specialist from a strong support background to join my clients growing team.

Using technologies such as (but not limited to);

• Azure Active Directory
• Azure Virtual Machines
• Azure Containers
• Azure Data Factory
• Azure Table Storage
• Virtual Desktops
• Azure Cost Management.

Ideally you will have a min of 4/5 years in a Microsoft Support environment - with the more Azure skills the better!
I would expect the right candidate to hold a valid Azure Fundamentals, Administrator Associate and Security Engineer Associate qualifications. Any 365 qualifications would also be advantageous.

Your day to day responsibilities would be to take ownership of complex support queries and issues, managing them until a resolution has been found. Acting as a point of escalation for the 2nd Line team - and providing in depth technical expertise where required.

You will play a key part in a technical support team working for one of the best known Microsoft Partners in the area - working whilst at the same time building a successful career.

In return for these excellent Azure support and administration skills my client are looking to reward the right candidate with a great package. This is to include a basic salary of up to £55,000 + a good annual bonus, healthcare and pension!
