As a Systems Engineer, you will be at the forefront of using Systems thinking to analyse, assess, and develop strategies to mitigate engineering risks. You'll be dealing with safety, environmental, and cyber threats, working on a wide range of projects from niche consultancies to large, high-profile programs. This diversity will keep you challenged and engaged in your work.

Your Purpose:

• Deliver engineering outputs within time, cost, and quality constraints, providing valuable engineering services to our clients.
• Draft and implement strategies to ensure successful client decision milestones.
• Offer expert consultancy to client project and engineering managers.
• Fulfil a senior role within a client's own delivery team.
• Lead and manage multi-party and multidisciplinary teams to execute engineering plans.
• Develop essential engineering documentation, such as Management Plans, Requirement Strategies, Acceptance Plans, and Architectural Definitions.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to capture requirements, risks, or solution options.
• Conduct technical analysis and provide valuable recommendations.
• Engage with the broader industry to understand and shape potential solutions.
• Deliver analysis reports to identify key risks and shortfalls.
• Participate in or lead design reviews.
• Implement quality assurance processes to meet corporate and client standards.
• Achieve client acceptance across a range of engineering deliverables.
