Field Service Engineer (2nd Line Support) - London + West London - Premier League Football Club
2nd Line Support/Field Service Engineer is required by a leading MSP who are based in London to work onsite at a Premiership Football Club based in West London.
Onsite 3-4 days a week, subject to change depending on client requirements - West London
1 remaining day will be based in the London office (for the first 3 months, thereafter WFH once a week will be an option)
Some weekend overtime occasionally, which will be paid at a Sat 1.5 x and Sun 2 x
Travel to the client site in Brentford will be paid for
Required Skills
- Windows Desktop support 10/11
- End-user application support, Microsoft Office applications
- Office 365 Administration
- Active Directory Administration
- MS Intune/Endpoint Administration
- Asset management
- Support for Apple Devices IOS/iPad
- Av support and administration
Role Requirements:
- Act as an onsite escalation, point of contact.
- 2nd Line Support within SLA through the close cooperation with 1st and 3rd line support
- Management of field-based Incidents, Projects and system implementations.
- Participating in the training of new team members
- Excellent time management
- Ability to update and document changes.
- Update end users frequently
- Extrovert personality
- The face of IT - Identify key components and applications to ensure the client is operationally working.
- Excellent communicator at all levels
- Identifying support work and project (out of scope/chargeable work)
- Ability to escalate to 3rd parties when required.
- Manage day-to-day tasks from setting up AV systems to plugging in phones.
- Ownership of onsite checks (Daily checks will be supplied)
