Salary up to £70,000
Business Relationship Manager required for a leading client based in either London/Birmingham/Manchester. You will come on board to The Business Relationship Manager will serve as the face of IT, collaborating closely across the organization to ensure technology aligns with the firm's strategy. With a primary focus on supporting the award-winning Konexo Practice Group and Non-Integrated offices, this role, through effective relationship management, acts as the guardian for all new technology initiatives.
Responsibilities include clearly articulating and managing the IT Strategy, operating within the Delivery & Operations and Service Excellence teams, and playing a pivotal role in capturing requirements, prioritizing business cases, and ensuring budget alignment. The Business Relationship Manager takes the lead in advising on change management, overseeing proper implementation and transition of new technology, and ensuring thorough review of initiatives through governance forums. Crucially, the role involves supporting the alignment of IT and business strategy for new activities.

- Demonstrated success in effectively handling diverse demands within business-focused functions, leading to the coherent development of change portfolios
- Proven experience in managing conflicting requirements and facilitating agreed-upon resolutions
- Track record of close collaboration with senior leadership, fostering a profound understanding of business strategy and direction
- Successful history of presenting technology opportunities to business units and broader stakeholder communities in easily understandable, non-technical language
- While not mandatory, certification with BRMP and CBRM qualifications would be beneficial.
- Fosters and cultivates a productive working relationship across the IT team, effectively communicating the business's needs and aligning supply with demand.
- Collaborates with senior teams across the firm to influence and contribute to the IT strategy, ensuring it aligns with clients' needs and growth plans. We celebrate the success of the firm, recognizing alignment with our values, exceptional efforts, and individual performance
- Plays a role in the standard governance structure tied to the Business Engagement function to ensure appropriate prioritization of activities. Takes the lead in practice group technology reviews as needed and participates in relevant design authorities.
- Ensures that the architecture team designs platforms in a way that allows for effective estimation of effort before project commencement.
Salary
The salary/package for this position is £60,000 - £70,000 per annum depending on experience, with excellent benefits and flexible working opportunities.
