Technical Consultant/Infrastructure Consultant

Location: Company based in Guildford area, but role will involve travel circa 3 days a week to sites across

Exciting role to join a growing technical services organisation based in Surrey in a newly created role as a Technical Consultant due to business growth and success in their market.

The chosen candidate will work closely with a portfolio of organisations providing high level Infrastructure support as well as advising/supporting businesses with their IT Infrastructure/Cloud etc set ups and helping them plan their IT Strategy.

This is a varied role which will involve both a range of technical and consultative type tasks, they are looking someone with a broad range of technical knowledge but that has the right consultative approach and is able to liaise with non-technical stakeholders.

Key Skills/Experience

- Strong knowledge across Microsoft 365 stack

- Experience of Cloud integration/adoption

- Windows Server 2016 onwards

- Experience with Virtualisation Software - Hyper-V/VMWare

- Strong stakeholder engagement/management skills with both technical and non-technical individuals

- A consultative approach and ability to have both technical & business understanding

- Certifications within M365/Server/Hyper-V or VMware (desirable)
