Flint is looking for a Automatic Lean Specialist who has:

• Demonstrated experience with Lean methodologies, such as value stream mapping, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, Black Belt Certified.
• Experience in value stream mapping, process flow analysis, and data analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives & teams simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum & Kanban

This is a 3 months rolling contract, Inside IR35.
