General Information:

• Position: Customer Service Representative (French & German)
• Start date: ASAP
• End date: 12 months contract
• Location: Horgen

Description:

• Shared responsibility for ensuring optimal service and advice quality for end customers in the area of vehicle financing
• Participation in day-to-day business and taking over telephone conversations with customers in, ideally, all three national languages (D/I/F) after customer identification
• Shared responsibility for meeting team goals in relation to the required service levels
• Carrying out after sales activities and processing incoming correspondence
• Close collaboration with internal interfaces (processing, recovery, accounting)
• Compliance with applicable regulations, processes and instructions (Legal & Compliance)

Skills:

• At least 1 year of Customer service or related experience in Sales
• Customer service or sales skills
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in French and some German. Italian would be beneficial
• Certificate of Advance Studies
