Looking for your next exciting opportunity as a Customer Service Team Lead?

Salary: Up to £40,000

Located: Derby

I am happy to present to you a fantastic opportunity with one of our luxury clients who are looking for an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join their team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background and experience as a Customer Service Team Lead.

Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Day-to-day management of the Customer Service team.
  • Resolve any issues escalated by customers after sale.
  • Maintain status reports on performance of all contracts.
  • Post sale retention focus for customers looking to cancel/return orders.
  • Weekly reporting for customer service channel

What experience do you need?

  • At least 3 years' customer service experience
  • A strong customer resolution focus
  • Microsoft Suite proficiency
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Calm under pressure
