Work Stream Project Lead- Hybrid - 12m FTC
Our client is looking for a Work Stream Project Lead to join their team on a fixed-term-contract basis, for 12 months initially with a view to extend.
As the Work Stream Project Lead you will be responsible for the ensuring the deliverables of the work stream are completed on time, whilst managing project risks, a variety of team members and integration with other work streams.
The role requires management of resources needed for the planning, development and delivery of specified areas within the work stream to avoid bottlenecks and conflicting demands. You will establish stakeholder analysis to facilitate decision making in complex areas and thereafter encourage teams to make difficult decisions.

Work Stream Project Lead - Key Skills:
- You will be able to demonstrate a logical and pragmatic approach to project management with the ability to adapt to meet the delivery needs.
- You will hold a professional qualification alongside a project management qualification and have excellent inter-personal, analytical and communication skills.
- Excellent planning for short, medium and long term using MS Projects
- Understanding of ERP (preferably Oracle Financials)
- Identify and pro-actively manage important risks, issues and problems effectively.
