DIRECTOR ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE - AI/ML Automation

SALARY: $200k - $240k plus 10% bonus

LOCATION: Chicago, IL

3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Looking for a candidate to focus on the end-to-end delivery of AI/ML automation AI and automation. Full ML development life cycle using AI and ML frameworks public and cloud security data governance enterprise python web backends cloud platforms strong management

Works alongside the engineering and delivery teams, focusing on end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and automation initiatives.

Catalyzes the teams in terms of design, build, and deployment with best-in-class design models, quality, and architecture standards.

Ensures alignment of solutions with organizational policies, goals and objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

At least 10+ years of relevant working experience, with a focus on delivering value and outcomes in designing and deploying digital solutions within a highly regulated environment.

At least 3 years of experience with the full ML development life cycle using AI and ML frameworks, in public and private clouds.

Demonstrated experience in navigating security, data governance, measuring project success, iterating on solutions, and incorporating feedback.

Proven change management skills.

Proven track record of delivering internal software projects on time, within scope, and in compliance with stringent security and data governance policies.
