Senior Helpdesk Support Engineer
Helpdesk Support Engineer- Leeds - 6 - month contract
My customer is looking for a dedicated Senior Helpdesk Support Engineer to help with issues up to L2.
You'll be working within a technical Support Engineer Team, with your main duties to assist in dealing with all IT related queries which come through and leading by example.
The company is rapidly growing and currently supporting 400 members of staff.
This role would require you to be onsite, 5 days a week in Leeds for the duration of the 6-month contract. Please note there could be ad hoc travel to the London office - this travel would be expensed.
Primary day to day responsibilities will for the Senior Helpdesk Support Engineer will include:
- Previous experience in a Senior Helpdesk Support Engineer role focused on Microsoft Stack.
- Any desktop experience would be beneficial.
- Windows 10 - Administration and Support
- Office 365 - Administration and Support (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)
- Active Directory experience
- Group policy, TCP/IP, DNS experience
- Support of Mobile/iPad devices
- Any Windows Server experience would be beneficial.
- Exception customer service and communication skills
- Previous experience working with Jira ticketing system.
- Inside IR35
