Scrum Master - Dutch Speaker

Start Date: 1st December - Negotiable

Contract Length: 13 Months + Extension

Location: Schiphol, NL. 2-3 days on-site 2-3 days remote

Pay: €80H - €90 Hour

Required language: Both Dutch and English

I am working with a leading Aviation group that is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join their team in Schiphol on an initial 13-month contract.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who would be able to start this project as soon as possible, however, we can accommodate a reasonable notice period.

The Responsibilities and Impact of a Scrum Master

In the role of a Scrum Master, your duties encompass various crucial activities. These include:

Facilitating and overseeing Scrum ceremonies.

Driving process enhancements within the Identity & Access Management team by promoting collaboration.

Tackling bottlenecks and impediments, providing coaching, and ensuring follow-up, particularly in resolving communication challenges with different departments.

Maintaining documentation structure and standards, ensuring that all documents are up to date.

Optimizing the utilization of tools and resources, such as Teams and DevOps.

Your role extends to organizing and supervising Scrum ceremonies like stand-ups, refinements, and retrospectives, while also playing a significant part in guiding team members in process improvement. You possess a deep understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and actively foster this approach. Collaborating closely with product owners and stakeholders, you collectively prioritize valuable solutions for the teams.

As a Scrum Master, you transcend the boundaries of your own team, working on enhancing collaboration across teams and throughout the organization. You establish connections between teams and actively promote knowledge sharing. Your resilience, self-reflective capacity, and commitment to continuous personal development are evident. You exhibit passion for your work, embrace new developments, and approach challenges with a mindset of possibilities.

Possesses a minimum of 4+ years of experience in the role.

Has extensive experience in training and coaching individuals in a dynamic environment.

Embraces a culture of continuous improvement and coaches the team accordingly.

Exhibits strong communication skills, capable of navigating a complex and political organization.

Holds knowledge and affinity with IT & Data and/or IAM.

Maintains a minimum HBO working and thinking level.

Demonstrates proficiency in both the Dutch and English languages.
