Learning Content Designer
Learning Content Designer| 7 Months (Inside IR35)| Hybrid (Edinburgh/Glasgow)
Harvey Nash's client is recruiting for a Learning Content Designer on a 7 month contract.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop training content based of source materials such as process maps, desk instructions, policy documents and operational guidance.
- Work in partnership with Subject Matter Experts to create new and improve existing Oracle Guided Learning interventions.
- Support IBM knowledge transfer by documenting training sessions and adapting them for continuous development.
- Maintaining learning repository of training materials based on IBM knowledge transfer sessions.
- Develop and cultivate relationships with stakeholders.
- Build collaborative relationships with external partners.
- Point of contact for training enquiries
- Ensure continuous improvement of learning solution by actioning feedback and updated processes.
- Provide fully effective handover of learning solutions.
- Apply accessibility principles in creating training content.
- Facilitate and deliver training.
Essential Skills
- Primary requirement is knowledge/experience of the finance elements of an Oracle ERP implementation, ideally with skills/experience of learning content creation and delivery.
- Experience of creating accessible (IT based) learning content.
- Experience in delivery of complex/technical information to diverse audiences
- Excellent communication skills and evidence of effective working relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Resilience and a flexible approach to work and the willingness to assist and support colleagues across a range of activities.
