Leading Financials Services Client requires an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant to assist with the design and configuration of its Oracle Cloud Talent and Learning Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure talent management and learning modules within Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Collaborate with clients to meet their unique talent and learning requirements.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients.
• Ensure data integrity and resolve system issues in these modules.
• Stay updated on Oracle Cloud HCM features for talent and learning.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, with a focus on talent and learning modules.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Oracle Cloud HCM certification is a plus.
• Prior Financial Services experience is highly desirable.
