Our MNC client in UK looking for a Performance Test Architect.

Role Name: Performance Test Architect

Role: Hybrid (1 day a week at office)

Start Date: ASAP

Must haves

Define and implement Performance Eng. Architecture

Early involvement into project, Performance monitoring using Splunk, app dynamics

Analyze the project Scope and project wise give suitable guidance to project team and monitor.

Monitor Environments - rightsizing and config management, Performance monitoring & log analysis.

Understand system workload by analysing production or via given requirements.

Identifying critical transactions and workload modelling

Practice and implement Agile Performance testing, Unit, component performance tests.

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and implementing it in PT.

Form a practice and implement it across projects.

Bottleneck analysis and providing tuning recommendations.

Automate repeatable manual activities in PT like test data creation, execution, and basic results analysis.

Pick and Mix

Good understanding of observability and its application in PT/PE

Mentoring junior testers and engineers

Shift left and shift right performance testing

Chaos Engineering

Implement Queueing theories, Little's law, Amdahl's law etc as per the suitability.
