IT Support Technician required for a leading private sector organisation based in Ellesmere, Shropshire.
The IT Support Technician will be responsible for day-to-day support and ops of IT systems including both hardware and software.
Primarily responsible for 1st line support of Client IT systems, escalating to 2nd/3rd Line teams where necessary.
Please note: engagement is via umbrella company only.
Experience required: -
- Previous experience supporting Windows client systems
- Troubleshooting & maintaining Operating Systems, Microsoft Office
- Hardware support (diagnose, build & repair)
