Business Analyst

Working alongside IT Business Partners, Project Managers and the wider Business and IT teams, the Business Analyst will be closely involved in IT projects across all areas of the business.

You will engage with key stakeholders throughout the business, conducting workshops and gathering requirements, reviewing existing systems & processes, and producing specifications and other documentation to support the delivery of projects, enhancements, and process changes.

A broad knowledge and experience of IT systems and services will be required, along with experience of project delivery and change management processes.

You will need to prioritise and work both as part of a team and on your own initiative. Tasks will be many and varied, with large scale projects running alongside smaller, incremental changes and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Lead or participate in the design and planning process to gather user needs and other relevant information.
• Deconstruct user needs and problem statements into logical component parts for analysis and review, to help construct commercially viable solutions, and timelines.
• Perform analysis of requirements/user stories and make amendments where necessary.
• Interpret data from a range of sources, for example user research, KPIs/performance metrics, and consequently helps the business to make data driven decisions.
• Understand the functionality of the current and evolving Enva systems landscape to accurately evaluate the impact of changes to business and operational processes.
• Participate in related tasks such as evaluating new systems, testing and user training activities, and working with support teams to identify & resolve technical issues.
