As a Technical Implementation Consultant for Client Engage, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in configuring, installing, and customizing the Client Engage software to meet customer needs. This will involve collaborating with functional consultants, understanding requirements, configuring software, and migrating data from Legacy systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Deploying and configuring the Client Engage CRM software (MS CRM Dynamics 365)

Providing second-line technical support for the software

Testing new software releases from a technical perspective

Migrating data into the CRM environment using SSIS

Collaborating with Functional Consultants to configure customer requirements

Documenting client suggestions and requirements, offering workaround solutions

Producing data reports for customers using SQL and/or SQL Reporting

Participating in projects that enhance team quality and efficiency

Qualifications:

An IT degree or 5 years of relevant experience

Proficiency with the Microsoft platform (Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS, NET)

T-SQL knowledge for writing, understanding, and updating SQL code

Familiarity with RabbitMQ

Understanding of web applications and web APIs

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Excellent organizational and teamwork abilities

Willingness to take ownership of tasks and contribute to their improvement

Working knowledge of MS Office Applications

Nice to have:

Knowledge of the banking and wealth management industry

Familiarity with SQL SSIS for data integration

Experience with CRM Dynamics (a big plus)

Understanding of C#.NET, JSON, PowerShell, and TeamCity
