SQL Application Support Engineer (remote working with 3-4 days a month in the Camberley, Surrey Office) required by growing healthcare software provider. As a member of the technical service desk, you will be joining a team of 5 to become a point of contact for everything technical across professional and client services - SQL, Database tuning, Scripting, Server monitoring, error logs, Linux and Windows etc. Any exposure to cloud tech is advantageous however full training will be provided.

As part of the support team, you will work to achieve effective systems and best practices, producing technical plans of action and guides, have the confidence to interact with the 3rd line team and with the customer and be the escalation point of all 1st line SQL issues.

This is newly created role within a fantastic company and team with huge expansion plans on the horizon. Once a month on call rota with minimal hours and incentives paid.
