Continuous Improvement Lead - Leeds/Hybrid - £45,585-£54,395 - Exceptional Benefits

We are delighted to be partnering with the University of Leeds, one of the top 135 universities in the world! The university are implementing a new digital strategy outlining ambitious plans to enhance student education, research and corporate systems and processes through the increased use of digital technology, data, and digital approaches.

Following the launch of the university's digital transformation strategy, they are laying out plans for modernising and securing their IT services to ensure they can support their digital future. As part of this we are looking to speak with experienced Continuous Improvement professionals to join the organisation and contribute to their digital transformation journey. Supporting in the establishment of a continuous improvement community of practice within the IT services department.

In this position you will be a key player in supporting the transition of the IT department's delivery capability towards increasingly Agile and product-based ways of working, whilst leading specific workstreams to improve processes, structures, and tools. All whilst working collaboratively with the IT teams to ensure delivery of a seamless service for customers.

Key experience

• 3+ years demonstrable experience in Continuous Improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma and Agile qualifications essential.
• Experience utilising Robotic Process Automation.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving capability.
• Knowledge of Power BI preferred.
