Cybersecurity Expert/Security Architect - 4 months - Belgium
Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Cybersecurity Expert/Security Architect for a project in Belgium for 4 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- At least 10 years of security experience across various domains, including architectural planning, identity and access management, vulnerability management, security operations, security monitoring, security automation, and risk management.
- Possession of security certifications (eg, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CompTIA Security+, or similar).
- Experience in managing complex transformation programs/projects.
- Technical proficiency: hands-on knowledge of a wide range of enterprise technologies, tools, and systems.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and hybrid architectures, with a focus on MS Azure and Microsoft security tools (knowledge of other cloud technologies is advantageous).
- Operational experience and a clear understanding of the unique challenges of running a mission-critical system.
- The ability to work effectively in a diverse, multinational, and multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices, including the ISO/IEC 27000 series and the CIS controls.
Additional requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong analytical thinking, with a systematic approach to handling complex information, including gathering and evaluating data from various sources to document new features.
- A results-oriented mindset, understanding team objectives and actively working towards shared goals.
- Strong team player and mentor, capable of collaborating with diverse teams beyond the security community.
- Understanding of business requirements and the role of security as a facilitator of business objectives.
- The ability to navigate through ambiguity, making informed assumptions when necessary, while also knowing how to seek information to validate those assumptions and when to ask questions.
- Professional conduct aligned with the corporate values of the customer, including a focus on results, readiness for change, customer orientation, integrity, and a collaborative approach.
- Proficiency in English, both orally and in writing.

Desirable qualifications:
- Practical experience in DevSecOps.
- Hands-on experience, certification, or equivalent knowledge in the Air Traffic Management (ATM) domain.
- Experience with collaboration, ITSM, and development support tools, including the Atlassian stack, ServiceNow, and Jenkins.
