Role: Software Engineer - Data & AWS Cloud

Duration: 6 months

Rate: £700.00 - £750.00

Location: London (hybrid working)

The world of finance moves fast but our client moves faster, they strive to deliver innovation that advances the way the world pays, banks, and invests and need the help of a skilled Software Engineer to make that happen.

The ideal candidate will be required to build and optimise the data platforms leveraging AWS to design and implement robust and scalable data pipelines, ETL and Analytics Systems in the cloud.

Skills & Experience:

• A highly skilled Back End development or data engineering background.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as S3, EC2 and EMR.
• Proficiency in SWL and experience with CDAP, Spark and Kafka.
• Experience building scalable ETL processes and workflows.
• Infrastructure-as-code expertise with CI/CD pipelines.
