My client, a leading management consultancy, are seeking a Insights and Data Manager on a permanent basis to join their high preforming team. Within the role you will deliver insights that drives the business strategy decisions and growth.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships across the business with all levels seniority to understand business objectives and goals
- Promote how data and insights can drive business decision making and growth
- Present meaningful data insights to key stakeholders in a simplistic and engaging way
- Make business improvement recommendations from external data sources
- Drive a data quality culture and improvements in cleansing and structure
- Provide risk mitigation insights from data collection and reporting
- Manage the central function of data storage sharing messages from analysis
- Continuous performance improvement of business insights with additional data sources and analysis
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experienced in being the lead in providing strategic insights through data
- Ability to network and present to senior stakeholders
- Highly experienced in interpreting data from multiple sources
- Advanced with PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience in working with multiple data tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Proven experience with tools such CRMs, Hubspot, NetSuite, Google Analytics
- Comfortable with presenting insights to all levels using data to storytell
- Database management and manipulation tools including SQL and Python

- Up to £70,000
