3rd Line Support Engineer | Infrastructure Engineer | Hybrid | Somerset | £45,000

We are working with a technical managed service provider client of ours, who are on the lookout for a third-line Support Engineer to join their growing team.

The company itself is close-knit with brilliant training opportunities and chances to progress.
The office is based in Somerset and my client is looking for a successful candidate to come into the office on a hybrid basis. Ideally with 3 days in the office and 2 from home.

Alongside a salary of up to £45,000.

Your role will involve,
* Working closely with the first and second-line teams acting on escalations and troubleshooting issues
* Consulting with clients
* Working on a variety of projects including hardware refresh and infrastructure installation

If you have the following experience please get in touch,
* Windows Server Support including Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS
* Microsoft 365, Azure admin experience, and Intune and Endpoint management
* Basic understanding of Networking
* Knowledge of Virtualisation platforms

It would be brilliant but not essential if you have,
* Previous MSP Experience
