We are looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to work within the transport sector.

Location: Hybrid working- Beford or Norwich

About the role: You will be responsible for planning, designing and carrying out research activities with users that help the team get a deep understanding of the customers that use or will use our services. This research will inform policy, proposition, service, content and interaction design so that services work well for users and achieves policy intent.

Essential Skills: The ideal candidates will have a proven Senior Commercial Management background, with the following skills/experience:

• Experience within the public/transport sector would be highly desired.
• Experience of client-side contract and commercial management of projects including Matrix management.
• Knowledge of contract administration of NEC forms of major construction projects or programmes.
• Knowledge of robust governance and reporting of scheme status for earned value, cost, risk and schedule.
