Job title: Project Quality Operation Specialist_Mandarin speaking

What you will do:
- Act as the Labor Hour Specialist of the Regional Quality and Operation Team, and provide professional suggestions, guidance, and support to the Regional office and the Project Quality Management team of the European Rep. Offices.
- Provide proactive and timely support in Labor Hour operations, liaise with HQ and the Regional Office, monitor key internal control indicators such as Delivery Department UR ratio, the execution rate of support projects, completion rate of Labor Hour claiming etc, and drive the achievement of these indicators in Rep Offices.
- Analyse and publicize the abnormal data, track and resolve Labor Hour issues raised by sub-regional departments and representative offices in a timely manner, and provide system technical support.
- Update the Annual Labor Hour budget by different person attributes functions, and review on a monthly/quarterly/semi-annual basis.
- Simplify and clarify internal processes in daily operations, contribute to continuous improvement of the quality management framework, processes and standards by identifying problem areas and investigating potential solutions.
- Output monthly Labor Hour Management Reports at the Regional and Rep Office levels through data consolidation.
- Arrange relevant training courses and prepare training materials if necessary, and support internal training activities.
- Provide additional support to regions and Rep Offices as required.
The ideal candidate:
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Project quality control management experience or demonstrable experience
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new digital tools, new guidelines and new environments.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good analytical, numerical, and logic skills.
- Demonstrable experience in communication with clear written and verbal reporting skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite: Outlook, MS Word with strong experience/skill in Excel & PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
